Overview
By downloading, installing, or playing Zip Game ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service / End User License Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms represent an agreement between you and Zip Game Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
1. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on iOS and Android devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules set forth by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
2. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases
The App may include virtual currencies, such as "Coins" or "Stars," and other digital goods.
- Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.
- All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.
- You acknowledge that we may modify, manage, control, or eliminate virtual items at any time without liability to you.
3. App Store Dependencies
You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and Zip Game Studio, and not with Apple Inc. However, Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You agree that you will not:
- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the App.
- Exploit the App for commercial purposes.
- Use the App in a manner that harasses, abuses, or harms others, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents, and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on the App and all content (including all text, images, sound, software, and other material) are owned by Zip Game Studio or its licensors.
6. Maintenance and Support
Zip Game Studio is responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zip Game Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use (or inability to use) the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App or this website. Your continued use of the App following any changes means you accept and agree to the modifications.
